The process:
1) Drafting the deed by an advocate;
2) Calculating & paying stamp duty + registration fee online via SHCIL/e-stamping portal;
3) Booking an appointment slot at the
concerned Sub-Registrar Office (based on property jurisdiction);
4) Both parties + 2 witnesses appear at SRO with IDs & deed for biometric verification & signing;
5) SRO endorses & returns the registered deed within 2–5 working days. We handle steps 1, 2, 3, accompany you for step 4, and deliver step 5.
