At Delhi Property Registration Portal, we strive to provide quality drafting and registration services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.

Important: The drafting fee is non-refundable once the drafting process has been initiated. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before making payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Payment
You may cancel your order at any time before making payment without any charges. Simply close the browser or navigate away from the payment page.
After Payment, Before Drafting
If you wish to cancel after payment but before the drafting process has begun, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. A full refund will be processed.
After Drafting Has Started
Once our team has begun preparing your draft, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued. However, you may request modifications to the draft at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@delhipropertyregistration.com or by calling 9999-445-446
- Include your Order Number and Payment ID in the refund request
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.)
4. Government Charges
Stamp duty and registration fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable. These charges are collected by the government and are outside our control. Any disputes regarding government charges must be taken up with the concerned authority.
5. Service Modifications
- You may request changes to your order details (property info, party details, lease terms) before the draft is finalized
- Minor corrections to the draft are provided free of charge
- Major changes that require re-drafting may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or payment gateway downtime. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to info@delhipropertyregistration.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 5 business days. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
