All Sub Registrar Offices in Delhi operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They are closed on Sundays and gazetted holidays. Token distribution starts at 9:00 AM and last token is issued around 3:00 PM.

What documents are needed for property registration at SRO Delhi?

Documents required: Original deed on stamp paper, passport photos of all parties, Aadhaar card, PAN card (if value > Rs.10 lakh), previous ownership documents, NOC if applicable, Power of Attorney if representative is signing, and two witnesses with Aadhaar cards.
