Visit your nearest Delhi Police station with the verification form, tenant Aadhaar, and rent agreement copy.
Documents Needed
- Tenant Aadhaar Card copy
- Tenant PAN Card copy
- Passport-size photograph of the tenant
- Signed rent agreement copy
- Landlord Aadhaar Card copy
⏱ Processing Time
Online/app submissions acknowledged immediately. Physical field verification takes 7 to 21 working days.
📅 Validity
Valid for the duration of the rent agreement. Fresh verification needed on renewal.
